it’s not new it was opened she put tape around the top because she knew it was used. That’s disgusting and could spread STAPF infection etc. She said some could of spilled , no package was clean. there’s dried makeup on inside of bottle as some was gone and could see where it dried. ebay needs to do something about this issue! asap
