Shipping was $32 which is determined by Canada Post.
I reduced the 7 glasses from $9.99 each to $5 each in order to help with the delivery cost AND I credited $5 for the broken glass.
I communicated with the buyer every step of the way and even found 3 more of these glasses that I didn't know I had. I offered them to her at $5 each with no additional ship cost but she declined. I triple wrapped each glass and shipped quickly.The fact that one broke does not warrant negative feedback.
