I have bought from this seller numerous times and always impressed by their service. The case was unfortunately damaged during transit by Canada Post. It was very well packaged, so not the fault of the seller. They were quick to respond to my messages and promptly offered a replacement or a full refund. Would definitely buy from them again.

The product is incredible. Works perfectly as described, and for what I paid, it's probably the best money for value I've gotten out of a laptop, and by far and away the best typing experience I've had yet. Was packaged perfectly, shipping was quick, and despite being BIOS/Supervisor locked, I can still get into the boot menu, so it doesn't bother me nearly as much as I expected it to. 11/10, will recommend this seller to others.

The seller responded quickly to my inquiry about the item before purchase. Shipping was fast. The box arrived with a fragile sticker, and the items were well packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap, which I appreciate. For what it's worth, and given how it's running, I am quite happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend this seller.
