Popped it in, turned the stereo on and it worked like new. Good value considering Pioneer repair would have cost as much as a new headunit. All in the repair cost me $50 and a new unit bought and installed would have been at least $500. And it keeps the old one out of the landfill. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

SD card came in the mail 5 days early which was a huge plus. I didn't wanna send my unit in to Pioneer just to pay the cost of another headunit only to replace an SD card. Looked up a video that let me get to the SD card without tearing the whole radio apart and got the problem solved in under 5 minutes. Everything works again including SW controls. Pay $45 vs $400? I'll happily pay the $45.

Installation pictures/video link posted by seller are detailed enough to show how to access/swap the OEM card, just watch the black ribbon doesn’t wiggle loose. New card is better quality and has updated firmware from what was on the factory card. Software loads noticeably faster and fixed the issue I had where Bluetooth memory would not completely clear and Android Auto/CarPlay would not automatically connect when the unit powered on.

Contacted the seller, who quickly provided some suggestions, which did not correct the problem. Seller then volunteered to send - and promptly sent - a second card. Installed the new card to today, and unit now works fine. Also, seller's photographs of how to install card are quite useful - be sure to check them out.

Seller provided helpful links in description that help you step by step fix your own tv without hassle or needing to buy another tv. Great price, fast shipping and a quick fix to the error.
