Seller sent the wrong item, promptly reimbursed me when I claimed a refund, then asked me to revise my negative feedback. But prompt reimbursement was the minimum I was entitled to; no apology for incompetent fulfilment was made, still less an offer to send me what I actually ordered. Given this, the request for a revision was an irritating impertinence, to which reiteration of negative feedback is the only possible reasonable response.
