Communication was quick and easy, shipping extremely fast. T item was pretty well packed and arrived intact. The only thing was that the 256 and 1024 stages of the delay didn't work when I racked it up to test it. Fortunately when I gave all the switches and pots a good cleaning with de-oxit fader lube, everything worked properly. The issue wasn't included in the description.
