    The product I ordered was not as described. Ordered a new product and received a used product that was missing some things from original packaging. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

    Incredible system for the money

    I didn't give the system a 5 star rating because of the quality of sound. Don't misunderstand me, it sounds great especially for the price. However it has it's limitations but to have paid less than $150 for a 5.1 1000W system that absolutely rocks my 900 sq. ft. unit I'm blown away. Back in the day of bigger houses and huge systems I spent hundreds of dollars just for a sub not to mention thousands on receivers, tape players, turntables, amps, laser disc players, DVD players, subs and speakers. This little system does a great job of providing more than a pleasurable experience. Sub shakes the walls and the speakers transmit sound clearly (see below). My only 2 issues, and they are small considering the price I paid, are the limitations of settings and the sound from the center ...

    Design problem

    The video seems to have a design problem. I have had 2 of these and both did the same thing. the video would cut out from time to time. Sometimes just a flicker, sometimes it would be gone Long enough for the tv to think it had just turned on. Audio is fine. I eliminated all other possible causes such as cables, disks, hdmi inputs etc.

    great sound

    the sound is awesome, once I learned how to go into settings. setting up the system was easy. If I had to fault something, the wires could be a bit longer. Again the sound is great. the system is very user friendly, and feature rich.

    Good Replacement

    This type of combo blu-ray and surround sound is no longer made. The used unit I purchased seems to be in good shape overall except it takes much longer for the sound to start after turning it on than my original unit. I didn't have to invest in new speakers, AND they actually have a better sound than my original system.

    Great value, excellent sound and features

    Very happy with all the features and more importantly the sound. Like being in a movie theater. Lot of bass for a small system. Works great with blue tooth, feeding audio from my Tivo is excellent as well as DVD. Only reason not a 5 star is that setting up the internet access was funky (had to call support twice) and the user interface is slow and kind of clunky. But once set up it works very well. And Tivo functions negate the need for some of the interface.
