I ordered a size 8d. When I looked back at the order, for whatever reason, it now said 9.5d. I noticed it about 5 minutes after the purchase. I immediately started sending messages to verify the size. Over the next few days, I contacted the seller numerous times, with no answer. When I saw the package was finally shipped (several days later) I just quit contacting the seller. All this time, I still received no communication back or confirmation of size. Today, I received the wrong shoes. Trash!!

Hi, we are sorry to read your comments , we didn’t respond your messages because we didn’t receive a single one, if you noticed that you placed the order wrong you always have the option to cancel the order before shipping , apparently you didn’t , that is the best way to ensure or prevent the order to be shipped out , anyway , you said you received the wrong shoes, fortunately for us those shoes goes to a authentication process with eBay where they check authenticity and accuracy and it passed.
