The rare and expensive antique book I ordered was packed in a several times oversized box and with an insufficient amount of what is ultimately the wrong bubble wrap. The book was bouncing around inside the box and was not wrapped or protected in any way. Total disappointment, and what feels like carelessness on the seller’s part. I contacted the seller, and they did offer to refund. This is my first and only negative review on eBay.
