Really great communication with seller. The projector did not arrive as described as the lamp needs replacing. But after I provided photo evidence they provided me with a full refund. Seems as though it was just an honest error in-store. Big relief to receive a refund as I can now afford to purchase the replacement lamp (which costs about the same as the projector!).
