Directions to put it together suck. They supplied a zip drive, instructions which were just as bad. Can find information on the internet, to get it working if you are new to cutters. the product is great so far. Just not fun getting the information to use it.

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
