When a return was requested due to these pieces being larger than expected, we organised collection and issued an immediate refund upon its arrival back at Lord Browns so, whilst all did not go quite as hoped or expected, it certainly ended well and we parted on the best of terms :)

Not our finest hour. Some confusion at HQ led to a sold item being relisted for sale. Thankfully, this warm and kind ebayer shouldered this disappointing news with a great deal of grace and understanding and, after attempting to provide a suitable-alternative (at a heavily-discounted price) to fulfil their seating-requirements, we concluded our dealings on the best of terms :)
