When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

The blu ray player, speakers etc were all individually wrapped in thick layered bubble wrap ensuring each item was protected during shipping. All of the wires were folded in an organized fashion/sealed in a separate bag. This whole deal was an A1 experience & because of this I will definitely do business w/ this seller again.
