Didn't even open the package yet super disappointed to see my Name Address Username Product description and Cost on the outside of the shipping box if you don't want people to see what you're getting or know some of your personal information ie username and how much you pay for your stuff probably not go here I've never seen this before and we'll stop ordering if they want to give that information up to everybody who touches my package or comes to my door after it's been delivered

This is the third heating unit purchased from this seller and all three have bothersome issues with the controller and heat output. All work fine at first. Thereafter sometimes the units work as advertised, other times they don't. The biggest complaint is the erratic controllers. Oftentimes a unit will shut down and the entire bank of lights on the heat adjustment side are blinking after maybe a 6 hour "on" time. If the 30 day return limit comes and goes, don't expect a reply to any inquiry.
