The cymbal I got is great. I didn’t have any expectations as I bought a prototype. They shipped it out the next day and it was at my house two days later. Shipping price was a bit much for such a small item, the description on their page said free shipping in the USA but it was $17 to ship a 10” cymbal. Either way, I saved some money on a cymbal and the shipping was fast, so I won’t complain too much.

So, to make SURE we are understanding you correctly..... you had "no expectations" but complain? You ordered a 12" cymbal but got a 10"? We're confused as to why you A) Left positive feedback after complaining? And why you NEVER MESSAGED US TO ASK ANYTHING? Why you never opened a not as described case if you indeed got a 10" cymbal when we shipped a 12" cymbal.....JUST WOW! So are you satisfied or not? We are confused!
