If sellers can’t accept the feedback given they should 1: offer better quality items or 2: JUST GIVE A REFUND. Not coerce the customer! These shoes are exactly as described except they fit a little small. Normally I take a size 37 but they are too small. When I complained the seller gave me a refund without requiring me to ship them back (even though the original purchase terms were for the purchaser to pay for return shipping) - what great service!! The price for these shoes is very reasonable to start with - they are not Jimmy Choo shoes but very good for that price. The shipping took longer a little bit longer than usual.
