Thank you for packaging the graphics card in a professional manner. Shipping took 6 days and was FedEx ground, the ad said 2 to 3 day shipping included so I was frustrated when I saw it was just shipped FedEx ground. I paid $40 more from this seller thinking I was going to get it quicker. Item works well and seems to be as advertised so thank you for that.

Items were not exactly as described. Ryzen CPU's arrived with several bent pins. Was able to correct and CPU's are functioning as intended. Issue on one of the two CPU's may have just been from poor packaging. Seller was responsive to my issues and accepted some constructive feedback, made the best of what could have been a poor experience.
