Purchased Elan Connect to have DAB/+ FM Internet Radio & Podcasts using the BBC's latest codecs, bitrates & protocols. Unfortunately, and from my experience, mainly the BBC was very slow to load and when it did was intermittent. My Internet access is fast 4/5G & slower VDSL as backup. Loading and performance was slightly better using VDSL which leads me to believe that buffer & or latency is an issue with the Frontier-Silicon platform with BBC's HLS MPEG-DASH protocols.
