Not adjustable speed but other than that it works just fine. I suspected it was not adjustable speed when I bought it so I won't comment to say that it wasn't as described. The Description may or should be changed to reflect that it isn't adjustable speed. Instructions are fine but you don't have to be very bright to figure it out ...

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
