Absolutely disgusting service. Bought blinds of them to receive wrong ones to which they said would sent pearls due to there error. Sent pearls never received to would I got a letter from fed ex to saying pay customs by xxx or court action will be taken. So paid this in full to fed ex. Contacted seller said not there problem basically. So left with wrong blinds and paying extra cost for there mistake

She got spare parts free of charge, but everyone has to pay the customs fees to England themselves.
