Batteries were used a few times in a flashlight, noticed terrible life, maybe 6 minutes. They were charged in a Nitecore digicharger, Bought a Opus BT-C3100 intelligent charger and found the battery capacity of them 212mah and 269mah using a discharge rate of 200mah-they are marked 2800mah which is totally false. The day I engaged this vendor when I could have returned them, no response. The return window expired then a nice note back but not helpful. FIRST EVER - feedback in 20 years on Ebay.

The item was batteries sent in a small amount of bubble wrap and a standard letter envelope, I ordered from a Canadian seller so that I would get it quickly it took just under 2 weeks right to the last day of estimated shipping window to get it. Says it was sent the day after I ordered it but standard mail doesn't take much more than 3 to 5 days not 14 days so I am going to assume it was dropped in the mail over a week after it said it was shipped
