    Does the job but horrible battery life

    This little handheld is great for quick cleanups or spilled dry cereal and minor vacuum situations . But to use for extended period of times, won’t do much. I used it to vacuum my car and it was dead before I got to the trunk. Wish the battery charge time was longer. Other then that is has great suction and will get small jobs done...anything less than 20 minutes I will assume.

    Dustbuster Works Poorly

    I had a Dustbuster before that lasted me many years, had excellent suction and was easy to operate. This Dustbuster has almost no suction, even on lightweight messes, and it is sometimes hard to remove the collection section for emptying. I would advise buyers to look for a different model.

    Dustbuster is EXCELLENT for fragile rugs

    Great little 'vacuum cleaner'. Just what I needed to clean a new woven-rag, area rug. It is gentle and doesn't pull up the cords of material in the rug, like my vacuum cleaner was doing. Anyone who has a woven-rag rug MUST get a dustbuster to vacuum it, if they want to keep the rug from being torn apart!! Dustbuster is definitely the solution!

    Small piece is easy to loose

    Parts? The tip end silicon piece; it started coming-off regularly with use. It doesn't work near so well without that part. Now the piece is 'lost'. I'm looking to replace the whole thing but all I need is that part. The next one I get, I'll maybe glue it in place, before I loose another one. Or if that part can be ordered, a spare piece might be a good idea.
