Received 3 weeks after expected delivery date. The plates don't have any marking on them like the pictures. Suppose to show NIJ IIIA as pictures show but there is nothing on a plates. There is no copy of certificate in a package. Don't even know if its bulletproof. Attach pictures of plate on each sides

Dear customer, Sorry again that you had to worry about this product. This vest, made in China, was actually tested by us on a bullet and fragmentation resistance, it passed all tests, but the manufacturer sent us a certificate in electronic form, and we are send it to customers electronically upon purchase too. As for the inscriptions on inserts, they have standard fillers and indeed some have inscriptions, some don’t. If you are in doubt, we can return your money or write your suggestions pleas
