Crimper kit took about a week to arrive. When the order arrived it was missing the cable cutting pliers. The seller responded very promptly and provided multiple options to rectify the situation for me. The rest of the kit was very nice. The crimper works well. The crimping dies are in mm², not awg, so I had to use a conversion chart. The on/off sticker on the hydraulic valve knob seems to be printed in reverse of what it should be, but not a big deal. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
