Excellent Seller- This 2023 version of Foxwell NT710 arrived with the ability to select any one automobile manufacturer for download and installation. By contrast, the 2024 NT710 version does not permit this selection option. The 2024 version requires contacting customer service to replace the branded automobile manufacturer software declared on the shipping carton. Otherwise both models are identical, with the exception of the carrying case. Thanks for selling a great product!

I have a dodge ram 5.9 liter Cummins engine with a 47re automatic transmission. Been looking at scanners for awhile. This one I got says do jeep, dodge Chrysler products. And it said would read transmission sensors and pressure readings. I was skeptical. So I wrote the seller. He said scanner would work on my dodge diesel with a 47re transmission. So I bought it. I've hooked it up. It won't read sensors, or pressures on transmission. In fact it doesn't do what old scanner does
