    When ordered,it was mailed to the wrong address which the seller corrected immediately. The package was intercepted and seller was gracious enough to offer me a partial refund which was very nice. My only gripe would be that it was described as new/open box however none of the accessories were included. It was just the box, the ear buds and charging case. No ear pads with the different sizes, no charging cable, etc...great communication from seller but would have liked to have known that detail.

    It advertise as new without tag but the watch was not new. Look like it have been worn already due to some minor scratch on both side of the face.
