Great price, good comms, and the shipping was quick, however the auction said the product was “BRAND NEW” retail ready condition and in original packaging, which was not true. The box was original but no original or added inner packaging to protect the tool and the owners manual and blades were missing. The seller offered a 15% discount which was acceptable, so I’m still giving the seller a positive review since the final price was very good. Perhaps ask questions so know what you’re getting.

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it. I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.

    Nice WiFi adapter

    Came with disc but easy enough to get newest drivers from Netgear support webpage. Plugged in and easily picked up my 2.4ghz and 5ghz. On first use and browsing the Internet had no problems. Nice job Netgear. Fine product.

    Awesome Wifi adapter

    Great adapter and very easy to install the driver onto your computer. I have mine plugged into the USB port in the front of my computer. It is so small that it does not get in the way. Great for laptops. The wifi connection is strong and consistent. I high recommend this adapter.

    Waste of Money

    This is supposed to be a dual band which it is, but it disconnects repeatedly. It has so much lag that it times out constantly. I don't know what it might be good for, but would suggest that if you are more than a foot or two away from the router, to save your money.
