Very fast shipping. Product arrived in good shape and felt like great smooth aluminum quality. The filter appears to be on as a tight secure fit. Installation a breeze. I've noticed slight gas mileage improvements in my Charger RT with addition to many. Other mods. I see an additional 1 MPG. After full open throttle, sometimes you can smell the fumes ventilating out of the crank, but car continues to run strong AND longer with the help of this simple mod.

UPR was GREAT. No issues with UPR. The issue was with Ebay and eBay site that stated a reduced price with Free Shipping, yet when placed in my cart the shipping costs was added in. When I tried to edit my cart, ebay tried to force me to pay for the item that I had simply implied about concerning the shipping cost. I had contacted UPR and they handled it.
