The unit ended up having a defective processor that would crash when running Windows server OS. After updating all the firmware bios and all the other possible diagnosis I went ahead and reached out to the seller to see if they could ship me a replacement processor instead of having to return the whole item. They were responsive and immediately shipped a replacement processor and that fixed the issue would highly recommend buying from them
