I have been trying to make contact with this seller for 2 weeks. I put in 2 different offers, which were not even acknowledged Then I went ahead 10 days ago and ordered it at full price. 10 days later it had not even been mailed. She did say, in her defense, that her internet had been down, but I had let her know that I was leaving on a trip and was hoping it would make it in time. She has great ratings, perhaps this is a one time bad experience. Very disappointed. Libraries have internet
