This book goes in great detail sharing a unique way to eat. Setting the food pyramid on it’s ear. It’s an interesting read and makes a great deal of sense.

A great book and very well written. I have been on a lot of diets in my life. This book explains everything a person should know about eating right to lose weight and stay healthy. I read it from cover to cover. It literally changed my life. I lost 58 pounds and I have never felt better in my life. I also feel like a new person as well as love the way I now look.I no longer have to take medication for acid reflux which has been a problem of mine for many years. I feel wonderful! I went from a size 18 to an 8 which is where I wanted to be. The book is very informative. It changed the way I eat and what I eat. I am never hungry either. I sent a copy of this book to my oldest daughter and she is now reading it. I told her to read it from cover to cover before starting her diet. It shows it ... A great book and very well written. A great book! You are not deprived . Just have to know with what and when to eat. It gets you away from these extreme diets out there. That usually do not work in the long run!
