The laptop is excellent, unlike my old laptop it boots up quickly and runs very fast indeed. It looks brand new as well. Packed very well. The company communicates well, and told me that the laptop I had originally ordered had some issues. This has resulted in my receiving this laptop, with the same specifications, bar processor, as the original order, and saving me £100. I am pleased I have a refurbished machine, because this has saved me money on a brand new one. I recommend this company.
