Despite initial skepticism due to limited feedback, I was reassured by the seller's active social media presence. They accommodated my request for red-dyed locs, which may have added to the delivery time. They even sent a preview for approval before shipping. Communication was good. The item presented online is not at all the quality of the item received. I am very disappointed . This has cost me to loose my deposit for my hair appointment which makes me even more upset. The workmanship is very poor and they came damp. The bleaching done on the hair was over processed and is very briddle which is causing it to break off when you touch it. The hair is twisted, braided and knotted. These are not locs. If I could give them no stars I would.
