    The watch was advertised as NEW , when received it had scratches on the band on the catch the sides of the bezel . I reached out to the seller and all he said was " I am sorry all i did was put a battery in it and clean it the guy i bought it from said it was new " No offer of a discount or anything to ensure i was happy just a I am sorry . I will keep the watch and have it polished by my Jewler but will never purchase from this seller again as I believe he knew it was not a NEW product
