I was concerned about ordering a "refurbished" rim via Ebay for $430, but it turned out great. Delivery was 7 days despite the storm. The rim was very well packed/protected and delivered via UPS.
The paint looks great! It does have a few very small paint blemishes, but very hard to see.
I need to get it mounted and balanced, but I'm very happy!
This is a much better looking rim than the +$300 used rims out there.
As described: no center cap or TPMS.
