Love it. I was constipated for about 3 yrs and didn't even know it. In 2013, when I was skinny, I suddenly started gaining weight. I'd work out hardcore but wouldn't lose a pound. But, then, my mother posed the idea that I could be constipated after I complained about having a difficult time doing #2, and that my #2's were little lumps. So, I researched constipation and came across Constipend. After I read the reviews I decided to buy a bottle, and I started with 3 pills based on the reviews. I took 3 pills in the evening, and then 2 pills in the morning. I'd repeat this for the next few days, and I suddenly I felt lighter. My hard, beloated stomach quickly shrunk, and it only got better. Was going for the constipation relief not the weight loss
The product works well but be careful with it. I've been constipated for well over a year and tried everything but with no luck. I took this constipend and it immediately worked but now I rely on it to move things along. If you need a cleanse or something then take it a couple of times. Hope this helps someone.
