    As you can see, the ad photo was indeed of poor quality, so I didn't notice that the item was already damaged. And the seller didn't mention this in the ad description. So I asked for refund or discount, but the seller refused and said I was wrong, he sent the brand new disc, sealed and without any damage. So, you guys decide who is right or wrong here. The seller keeps the price low and now I see why — looks like he sells used or slightly damaged items. I want that other buyers know it.
