Seller communicated well, and helped with shipping costs. Item was listed as used, but was non functional (analyzer turned on, but gave erratic readings, O2 & NoX sensors are bad, rendering the combustion analyzer useless, and no it wasn't user error, I work in HVAC/R). Otherwise item was well packaged and shipped quickly. I would recommend this seller, but recommend caution in buying used items and expecting them to be functional.

Seller gave refund without request. I would argue that a seller such as dshcraft who stands by their product and is willing to go as far out of there way as to give an unprompted refund is worth doing business with. (for those curious, as I took the analyzer apart to diagnose the fault I cracked a little plastic piece, and did not feel asking for a refund to return something I damaged would right.)
