Vous auriez du me contacter avant de déposer cette évaluation. D'autant que le problème vient du transporteur! Je viens d'appeler Mondial Relay. Le colis a été mis en retour à partir du centre de tri, sans même aller à votre relais, retour que j'attends toujours. Vous devez savoir que lorsqu'un colis n'est pas livré (perdu, endommagé, etc.) : vous êtes remboursé par le vendeur! Le système est bien fait et j'y accorde beaucoup d'importance.
