    Wonderful book for new painters

    I have other Brenda Harris books, and this one is just as wonderful as all the others. Brenda Harris has easy to understand, step by step instructions with bright, full color pictures. Her acrylic painting books are a lot like the much loved Jerry Yarnell books-- and if you like his work, you will like this book.

    Anything by Brenda Harris is outstanding..

    i took lessons from Brenda Harris in Jacksonville, Fla in the 80's, and he books are like having her right there.. They are full of pictures and instruction.. I try to buy anything of her's. If you have seen her on PBS you know what i mean. She is as good or better than yarnell or Ross. But she only does acrylic.at lest she did in the 80's.

    I love to paint - Brenda Harris is my favorite TV artist - I have most of her books. This one is on its way to being my favorite one. They are well written and easy to understand. I will continue to search for the rest of her books.
