    The motor showed up in a timely fashion. It was packed in such a way as to arrive in good shape. It appeared to be new as stated in the add. Though there was some confusion at first, PNKMonky was helpful and even offered to take the motor back. The original motor was no longer produced, but Amana said this one would work. It does work and the motor is functioning well and tumbling the clothes in the dryer as we speak. Thank you PNK!

    Nothing matches OEM! So far whenever we try the "compatible" toners that are out there, we always have issues and end up throwing them out before they are used up. But never with OEM Genuine Cartridges. We can keep them in our printers until they are completely used up....

    Does not behave like an OEM.

    This drum unit does not work like an OEM. It works more like a refurbished one. Maybe that is why it was an open box item. You get what you paid for.
