Box was delivered to the wrong address (not the shipper's fault, as the label had the correct address, but FedEx delivered it to the wrong street). Fortunately, there was a photo of the delivery location and I was able to track it down via Google Maps street view.

I purchased a vanity light fixture and was very impressed when it arrived two days later. The pricing was superb. My contractor hasn’t come to hand the fixture so,I haven’t confirmed all of the pieces are there but I’m not concerned at all. If there is an issue, they have a thirty day return policy. Or, they may have the parts I need. I would be extremely comfortable and happy to do business with these folks again.

    Nice replacement fan for the Family Room

    This was an easy Installation. All parts were packaged and bagged properly. This fan replaced an older Hampton Bay fan that had been in service since 2001 and whose remote receiver went bad. Also, the old fan had an intermittent hum that was annoying so we went for a replacement fan rather than fix the remote. We chose the same manufacturer and style with a more integrated look. The new fan is a 52 inch just like the old one, but it looks much smaller than the original once installed, due to a less massive motor and light. The fan controls worked perfectly. And the new fan is essentially silent when running at low speed, which is where I keep it most of the time. Note: This fan has no pull cords, so it the remote goes bad, the fan and light will no longer work. At least with the old fan, ...
