Seller resells "refurbished" Nike shoes and list them as "new". Nike stamps them with an "R" but seller doesn't show this in photos. Nike does not try to sell these as "new" nor should this seller. The only thing seller offer me was to return them. They were a Christmas gift and there wasn't time to do this plus find another pair. Plus it would have cost me close to $30 in total shipping (to and from) to do this thus I refused. Shoes also had a stain once I closely inspected. Buyer beware
