Buyer sent me an extremely damaged steelbook. He had the audacity to wrap it very well to deny that it got damaged in shipping. It didn't. It arrived as it was sent, awful. When I contacted, he immediately said it wasn't what he sent, wasn't the same packaging (it literally has his name on it) and then continued to tell me I am dishonest. The single worst ebay experience I have ever had. I've attached images, but hid his name, even tho he doesn't deserve it. Scum, avoid at all costs.

I asked for a refund for the reason, "this is extremely damaged, not even close to as pictured."
His response was : "that is not what I sent. That box looks fine and that is not even the packing material I used."
I replied "this is 100% what you sent."
He replied:
"I did not not. You’re lying. I can see that box has no damage which means it was not damaged in shipping"..."I refuse to issue a refund because I believe you’re lying and I will be taking this up with eBay."
