O have never bought anything from EBay for fear of getting scammed. This seller took some of that away. Sony could not help me replace this earbud. But he did and the replacement works great!! Just let them know the firmware and it connected easily and I just updated both earbuds. They did what they said they could and I got it in three days (and two days were Saturday and Sunday)

The seller sold me a product as advertised. I just received it today and was able to connect his Sony WF-XM5 right earbud with my original left earbud. Not sure if it will last. Can't tell longevity at this point. I was a little worried about 1 earbud being in an USPS envelope during shipping. No damage though. I like this seller. Would order again right now.
