One of the worst experiences I had on eBay. The seller excepted my offer and disappeared. I paid for the item and was patiently waiting for it to be shipped which never happened. Sent several messages but got no reply. Finally in two weeks contacted eBay and they had to step in to help refund me - after more than 3 weeks of waiting.
So, seller took the money and obviously had no intention to ship the item. Definitely to avoid. My kid is now quite upset she won’t have her little present.

The neck chain I received is not a 14 K Yellow Gold Serpentine or "S" chain as advertised in the description. Perhaps, the seller misnamed the chain when it was listed. The photo on the eBay website is very small and it could not be determined if it was indeed an "S" chain. The chain I received is a very thin and delicate chain It says no returns are accepted, however, this is not what I ordered. I would very much appreciate the seller accepting the necklace back for a full refund. Thank you
