I went ahead & paid for item to keep MY rating
Item arrived today WITHOUT the shrink wrap on it. ALL the other tubes (6) that I have purchased from other sellers on eBay have had "safety" wrapping!
So now I have a product that CAN NOT be verified as "new" and I do not feel safe using!
VERY disappointed in this whole transaction!!
