  • Fountain Pens Past & Present

Dollar for dollar, this book is a great introduction for those who want to learn more about fountain pens in every aspect, whether it is their history and construction, the major manufacturers, or current trends and values. The author shares his personal experiences in what led him into this area of collecting and contains up-to-date advice in dealing with Internet purchases and services. You will come away with a greater understanding and appreciation of the beauty of the fountain pen with many full color photographs showing off the artform that is the fountain pen. This book is beautifully made and will be one you will refer to if you enter this field of collecting.

  • Fountain Pens Past & Present A Great Collector's Ref.

This book has great photos and provides a reasonable basis for pricing fountain pens for sell. It does not give much information on establishing condition and value based on condition, only a range. It dose give a fairly complete listing of fp's from America. A great collector's reference but not a definitive reference for any specific make or model. Worth the price.

  • A winner

Great source book on all you want to know about fountain pens.
