The packaging was a little flimsy but was sufficient. The item was of very poor manufacture quality and was not readily apparent in the photo, but, as I told the dealer, Import Games Japan, in my email to them, I did not blame them for that. And though inferior and overpriced, the item is rare and fetches a high price on the market. Since he promptly got back to me and offered me a refund for a return, I kept it anyway and did not want to ding him with a neutral feedback.

    A great, well made model of the Star Trek world

    This is an exceptional model on par with the Eaglemoss line of models. They are of the same scale at a fraction of the price. Though not as heavily weighted as those model the level of care given to the details is fantastic. The graphics on the hull are sharp and the paint very clean. It is such a good model it could be used as a reference model for films. A terrific model. I wish there were more different ones and that they were still being made.

    Love it but consider your ships design

    Quite satisfied and would definitely recommend though some ship designs like the enterprise e can be delicate (specifically the warp nacels) but not much a seller can do to counter a design vulnerability; besides the model is well made so no uneven breakages and easy drop of glue fix :)

    Cool looking small model, but the guns on tip of wings don't hold well.

    The guns that are really tiny on the model and go on the tips of the wings of the ship, do not hold properly. Have to find a way to glue them on. Otherwise, it's a cool looking small model.

    Great detailing!

    This is an EXCELLENT rendition of the real thing. Well made. Not nearly as large as some of the Eaglemoss ships. And unlike Konami., Eaglemoss stands do not list the names of the ships on them!
