seems about right.
they seem to work fine. my first time filing a guitar nut from scratch .not finished it yet but so far so good. they are comfortable enough to hold,they cut pretty good. nut files are expensive no matter who you get them from .i got them to widen out already pre-cut nuts for larger strings. cheaper than amazon.

These files are high quality and work well for cutting nut slots, or modifying the nut to accommodate different string gauges. In my opinion they’re essential for dialing in the nut on a new neck. Well worth the extra money for these.

Quality made files but not perfect
They are not V shaped, instead they leave a square shaped slot which will allow the string of properly matching gauge to rattle or buzz no matter how accurate your movements are. You will have to use a smaller file to fix that (like .010 for .013).
